Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
To request a return, please contact us at support@onestopgoods.online with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions and shipping address based on your location.
Please do not return items without receiving confirmation and instructions from our support team.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items returned without prior approval
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a free replacement or full refund, and cover any return shipping costs in these cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
If your return is rejected, the item will either be:
- Returned to you at your expense, or
- Disposed of, based on your preference
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank or credit card account
- Contact your payment provider — sometimes it takes additional time to post
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@onestopgoods.online
We’ll be happy to assist and verify the refund status on our end.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g. changed mind, wrong size), you are responsible for return shipping.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective, incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us at support@onestopgoods.online within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this window, your order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be modified.
